About the Role
Seair Seaplanes is seeking an experienced Captain to operate Cessna 208 Caravan floatplane flights on scheduled and charter routes along the British Columbia coast. This full-time position is based in Richmond, British Columbia, offering a 4-day on, predetermined work schedule.
Requirements

Minimum 2000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) fixed-wing flight time.

Minimum 1000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) floatplane flight time.

Current Transport Canada Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Commercial Pilot's License (CPL) - Transport Canada approved.

Float Endorsement - SELS (Single Engine Land and Sea).

Ability to operate effectively in a changing operational environment.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Demonstrated safety-oriented mindset.

Capability to operate in remote locations along the British Columbia coast.

Preference will be given to candidates with BC coast experience or prior Cessna 208 floatplane experience.
