Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Cabin Crew is to ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout the flight. Working collaboratively within a diverse and inclusive team, key duties include:

• Prioritizing and upholding paramount safety standards and emergency procedures at all times.
• Delivering outstanding inflight service and hospitality, contributing to a vibrant and enjoyable travel experience.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on all operational procedures, safety protocols, and service standards.
• Working effectively as part of a cohesive team to ensure smooth and efficient flight operations.

Training Program

To ensure all new Cabin Crew members are fully equipped for their role, an intensive 2-month training program will be provided upon joining. This comprehensive program covers essential topics, including:

• Safety and emergency drills
• Door operation procedures
• Fire fighting techniques
• First aid and medical assistance
• Professional grooming standards
• "Scootitude" customer service philosophy
• Effective passenger handling and communication
• Inflight sales procedures and product knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements

Scoot is seeking candidates who meet the following criteria to join its international Cabin Crew team:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum height requirements for safety and security measures: Male: 1.65m and above; Female: 1.58m and above.
• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• Ability and willingness to work a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment to serve a compulsory service bond.
• Fluency in both Thai and English is essential.
• Willingness to relocate to and be based in Singapore.
• Adherence to the company's grooming policy, which requires a professional appearance at all times. Visible tattoos are not permitted.
