Role Overview
Scoot's Cabin Crew are passionate aviation professionals who are dedicated to delivering unique and enjoyable travel experiences while prioritising passenger safety. The role involves flying to exciting international cities and acting as brand ambassadors, working collaboratively as a team to provide exceptional service and add a vibrant touch to every passenger interaction. Cabin Crew are expected to curate positive travel experiences by combining their up-to-date knowledge of duties with the distinctive 'Scootitude' mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
- Act as a brand ambassador, contributing to team efforts in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Infuse a vibrant and positive energy into every passenger interaction.
- Utilise comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures, service standards, and company policies to curate enjoyable travel experiences.
- Maintain composure and adaptability to effectively manage various situations onboard while upholding the highest safety standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years to comply with Singapore's legal and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum height requirement of 1.58m for female applicants and 1.65m for male applicants to effectively perform safety and emergency procedures onboard.
- Possession of a minimum qualification equivalent to Junior College (TANDAI) or a Degree from a recognised University.
- A TOEIC score of 600 or above is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work on a rostered schedule, which includes weekends and public holidays.
- Must be medically fit to perform the duties and responsibilities of a cabin crew member.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and manage various situations that may arise onboard while ensuring passenger safety.
- Adherence to the company's grooming policy, which requires a professional appearance at all times. Visible tattoos are not permitted.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Singapore.

Application Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment, which must be completed within two weeks of the application date.
- Only candidates who are successfully shortlisted from the online assessment will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre.
- Successful candidates from the Assessment Centre will be required to commence employment with Scoot within two months of the assessment date.
