Scoot is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their Cabin Crew family as Scootees. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work and travel internationally from a base in Singapore, with potential assignments in the Thailand office. Job requisition ID is R0004774. As a Scootee, the individual will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional, vibrant service on every flight. They will be part of a warm and inclusive team of passionate aviation professionals.
Key responsibilities include maintaining passenger safety at all altitudes, providing outstanding service, and contributing to a positive travel experience.
The initial contract is for two years, with the potential for renewal based on performance. The position offers a competitive monthly gross salary of approximately S$3,600*, unlimited staff travel perks for family and friends, and a S$2,000 completion bonus* per contract, in addition to a yearly variable bonus. Foreign crew members may also be eligible for additional perks to support travel home.
New Scootees will participate in a comprehensive two-month training program covering safety emergency drills, door operation, fire fighting, first aid, grooming, Scootitude, passenger handling, and inflight sales procedures.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, meet minimum height requirements (Male: 1.65m & above; Female 1.58m & above), possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher, be able to work a rostered schedule including weekends and public holidays, be willing to commit to a service bond, be fluent in Thai and English, and be willing to relocate to Singapore. Candidates must maintain a professional appearance at all times, and those with visible tattoos are not permitted.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to an Assessment Centre. Successful candidates must be able to start within three months of the assessment.
