About the Role
The Cadet Pilot Programme at Scoot is designed for individuals passionate about aviation and committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Successful candidates will participate in a co-funded, customized training course leading to a Multi-crew Pilot Licence (MPL) or a 'Frozen' ICAO ATPL. Upon graduation, cadets will undergo base and line training, preparing them for the responsibilities of flying. This programme emphasizes a dynamic and collaborative work environment within a forward-thinking airline.
Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years, in compliance with Air Navigation Order regulations.

Legal entitlement to work in Singapore upon completion of training.

Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification with at least 5 credits attained in a single sitting, including English, Mathematics, and a Science subject (preferably Physics).

Eligibility for unrestricted Class I and II medical certification as approved by the Civil Aviation Medical Board (CAMB).

Visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aid, correctable to 6/6, and absence of colour blindness to meet safety requirements.

Willingness and commitment to fulfill a compulsory bond period.
Training and Bond

Successful candidates will commit to a consecutive training period of 18-24 months without disruptions.

This is a co-funded programme, and participants will be required to enter into a training bond for a period of 6 years following the initial 18-24 months of training.
