Job Description
Successful candidates will participate in a customized, co-funded training curriculum at a preferred aviation training college. The program is designed to lead to the attainment of either a Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL) or a 'Frozen' ICAO ATPL. Upon graduation, participants will undergo Scoot's internal base and line training to ensure full operational readiness for the role of Second Officer or Junior First Officer.
Essential Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age (in accordance with Air Navigation Order regulations).

Must hold legal entitlement to work in Singapore upon completion of the training program.

Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification with at least 5 credits at one sitting, including English, Mathematics, and a Science subject (Physics preferred).

Must qualify for Class I and II unrestricted medical certification as approved by the Civil Aviation Medical Board (CAMB).

Good visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aid, correctable to 6/6, and must not be colour blind.

Full commitment to serve a compulsory training bond.

Training Period and Bond

Training Commitment:
Candidates must commit to 18–24 months of consecutive, uninterrupted training.

Training Bond:
As this is a co-funded programme, successful graduates are required to enter a six-year training bond following the completion of the 18–24 month training phase.
