Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA)

Job Overview

SAS Crew Training is expanding to meet increasing demand for aviation training. This growth necessitates additional instructors, courses, and support staff. SAS Crew Training provides comprehensive training for all SAS airline categories, including Connect, Link, and Scandinavia. A position for a Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA) is now available within the Cabin Crew Training department, initially offered as a one-year contract with potential for permanent employment.

Role Purpose

The Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA) will report directly to the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor (CCCI) and will provide essential support to the Cabin Crew Training team, which includes the CCCI and Assistant CCCI (ACCCI). This role involves contributing to the daily operations within the training facilities. The CCTA will serve as a strong administrative resource, adept at navigating a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing a variety of tasks collaboratively within the team.

The operational context is demanding, involving over 80 Cabin Crew Instructors, five training facilities across three countries, and more than 20 distinct courses. This role operates within a highly regulated, safety-first environment, requiring close collaboration with national aviation authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume ownership of specific responsibilities and duties.
  • Assist with various projects and operational assignments.
  • Coordinate stakeholders for different courses.
  • Update internal documentation.
  • Manage training record programs and web courses.
  • Process course feedback and performance-based information (PBI).
  • Provide support to the Cabin Crew Training department and instructors.
  • Offer daily support to the CCCI in all relevant areas.

Additional Information

The office location may be ARN, CPH, or OSL. Frequent meetings and potential work from CPH are anticipated due to the CCCI's base in Copenhagen.
