The Role

Assistent Chief Cabin Crew Instructor (ACCCI) will report directly to Chief Cabin Crew Instructor (CCCI). The ACCCI will help manage and standardize the group of Cabin Crew instructors. This position will also be responsible for development and maintenance of relevant training programs according to authority regulations and SAS requirements.
The ACCCI will give daily support to CCCI in all relevant areas and act as CCCI in period needed. The ACCCI will be responsible for facilities and equipment related to all training in Stockholm, Copenhagen and in Oslo.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

Leadership experience is required. Deep knowledge of authority requirements is a great advance in this position. Teaching experience is a requirement. To be successful as ACCCI it is important that you have the qualities to work with and motivate other people. Otherwise you should possess the following characteristics:
Enthusiastic and dedicated
Innovative and open-minded.
Above average knowledge about IT and Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills.
Ability to sustain high workload.
In this position, you will be expected to further develop training methodology by utilizing new IT and media technology.

The office location may be Arlanda, Kastrup or Gardemoen, CCCI is in Copenhagen so frequent meetings/work from Copenhagen must be expected. Working conditions will be under administrative regulations in relevant country. We are seeking candidates both internally and externally.
