Responsibilities:

• Operate Embraer 195 aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the highest standards of flight safety and customer service.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a safety-first mindset, customer-focused, empathetic, and adaptable. He or she is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle irregular hours with ease, and is an energetic team player who values collaboration and is committed to excellence.

Key Requirements:

• EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (A).
• 4000 hours total flight time.
• 1000 hours PIC on scheduled services with MTOW 22,000 kg or more.
• EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate (valid for up to 12 months).
• Experience in Nordic winter conditions.
• Multi-crew Instrument Rating.
• ICAO Level 5 English or higher.
• EU work rights.
