The successful candidate will operate a modern fleet of over 100 narrowbody and widebody aircraft, navigating a diverse route network. This provides a wide range of flying experiences, from challenging Nordic winter operations to commanding flights through some of the world's busiest airspaces. SAS is seeking ambitious aviation professionals to contribute to its mission of becoming a bigger and better airline than ever before.
This position is for a Captain on the A320 fleet based in Copenhagen. The initial offer is a flexible part-time agreement of 83.3% for the first 36 months, with the option to transition to a 100% full-time contract thereafter. This arrangement is designed to provide an excellent work-life balance, with a maximum of 155 working days annually and a generous 42 days of vacation per year. The monthly base salary is calculated at 83.3%, with workload varying seasonally to allow for ample personal time with friends and family.
All licenses and ratings must be valid at the time of application. Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted but must be converted prior to the course start date. Employment is conditional upon a successful background check, personal security interview, and drug and alcohol test.
