About the Role

Safran Aircraft Engines, a global leader in aerospace propulsion systems for short- and medium-haul commercial aircraft, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Aeronautical Instructor to join its team in Hyderabad, India. This full-time, permanent position involves delivering comprehensive theoretical and practical training for mechanics engaged in Aero Engine Piece Part MRO activities, ensuring the highest standards of performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in the English language.
• Proven teaching experience within the aeronautical domain, or a demonstrated strong teaching aptitude for individuals new to the aeronautical field.
• A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• Possession of basic mechanical skills, including proficiency in handling various tools and testers.
• In-depth knowledge of aero engines and their sub-modules.
• Knowledge of engine sub-module and piece part disassembly and assembly is considered an advantageous skill.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree is the minimum educational requirement.
• An Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or a degree in Aeronautical Engineering is required. Work experience in the aeronautical domain is an added advantage for candidates with an AME or Aeronautical Engineering qualification.
