Safran Aircraft Engines seeks a full-time, permanent Instructor M/F for its operations in Hyderabad, India. This role focuses on imparting theoretical and practical training to mechanics involved in Aero Engine Piece Part level MRO activities.
About the Role
The Instructor M/F will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to both entry-level and experienced mechanics. This includes:

Delivering theoretical and practical classes for Aero Engine Piece Part level MRO activities.

Imparting basic competencies as specified by Safran for Aero Engine Piece Part level MRO mechanics.

Providing mandatory regulatory and ATA training for Aero Engine Piece Part level MRO mechanics.
Requirements

Excellent English communication skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Basic mechanical skills, including the handling of tools and testers.

Knowledge of aeroengines and their submodules.

Teaching experience in the aeronautical domain or a strong teaching aptitude for those new to the aeronautical field is highly desirable.

Experience in aeroengine submodule/piece part disassembly and assembly is an added advantage.
Qualifications

AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) or Aeronautical Engineering qualification is preferred, with work experience in the aeronautical domain considered an advantage.
