Key Responsibilities

The Aircraft Mechanics Instructor will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive practical and theoretical training programs focused on aircraft engines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting engaging and effective practical training sessions on aircraft engine systems, maintenance, and diagnostics.
  • Delivering clear and concise theoretical instruction covering principles of aircraft propulsion, engine components, and operational procedures.
  • Developing and updating training curricula, materials, and assessment tools to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluating trainee performance and providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring a safe and productive learning environment in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this pivotal role must possess a robust background in aircraft mechanics and a passion for education. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A High School Diploma/GED Equivalent is required.
  • Experience: More than 8 years of professional experience in aircraft mechanics, specifically with a profound understanding of aircraft engines.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft engine systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
    • Strong practical aptitude and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to training.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
