Key Responsibilities

The Aircraft Mechanics Instructor will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive practical and theoretical training programs focused on aircraft engines. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting engaging and effective practical training sessions on aircraft engine systems, maintenance, and diagnostics.
Delivering clear and concise theoretical instruction covering principles of aircraft propulsion, engine components, and operational procedures.
Developing and updating training curricula, materials, and assessment tools to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Evaluating trainee performance and providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
Ensuring a safe and productive learning environment in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this pivotal role must possess a robust background in aircraft mechanics and a passion for education. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Education: A High School Diploma/GED Equivalent is required.
Experience: More than 8 years of professional experience in aircraft mechanics, specifically with a profound understanding of aircraft engines.
Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft engine systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong practical aptitude and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to training.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
