Essential Professional Qualifications
- License Requirement: A valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is mandatory.
- Medical Certification: The applicant must hold a current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Proficiency: Minimum required standard is ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not required; successful candidates will receive comprehensive, provided training.
Mandatory Flight Hour Experience
Candidates must demonstrate extensive flight experience, meeting one of the following minimum threshold criteria:
- Option A: A total of 4,000 flight hours, which must include a minimum of 250 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or Pilot-in-Command Under Supervision (PICUS).
- Option B: A total of 3,500 flight hours, including 500 hours as PIC on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 16 tonnes.
- Option C: A total of 3,000 flight hours, including 1,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 16 tonnes.
