SAS Scandinavian Airlines Seeks Highly Qualified Pilots
SAS Scandinavian Airlines is actively recruiting experienced aviation professionals to join their esteemed flight operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of commercial aviation and a commitment to the highest standards of safety and customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 4000 hours of total flight time.
- At least 1000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
- A minimum of 1000 hours PIC on scheduled commercial services on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) of 22,000kg or greater.
- Experience with commercial operations in Nordic winter conditions.
- A valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- An EASA issued license.
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 5 or higher.
Type rating is not required as training will be provided.
Additional Desirable Attributes:
Candidates should be customer-oriented and empathetic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. They must possess a high resistance to stress and be flexible to work irregular hours. They must consistently act in accordance with the Airlines' operational priorities, which include safety, punctuality and care.
