About the Role

SAS Connect, an SAS Group company, is seeking experienced Captains for its A320 Neo fleet, operating from London Heathrow (LHR). This opportunity offers direct entry for qualified pilots to join an expanding airline experiencing significant growth, including an extensive summer program in 2026. Pilots will operate a diverse European route network, encountering varied flying conditions from challenging Nordic winters to high-density airspaces, on a modern narrowbody fleet. The position is offered on a full-time contract emphasizing work-life balance, with part-time options also available.

Requirements

• Hold an EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence).
• Possess a valid EASA Class One medical certificate.
• Demonstrate ICAO Level 5 English Language Proficiency.
• Have a clean record with no incidents or accidents.
• Minimum of 4,000+ total flight hours.
• Minimum of 1,000+ hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on CS-25 aircraft with a maximum take-off weight exceeding 30.0 tonnes.
• A valid A320 type rating is preferred.
• The right to live and work in the UK is preferred.
