First Officer - Airbus A320 Fleet

SAS Crew Services Ltd. is seeking experienced First Officers to join the SAS Connect A320 fleet, based at London Heathrow (LHR). This is an opportunity for pilots to transition into a leading European airline operating a modern Airbus A320neo fleet with ambitious growth plans.

Position Overview

Successful candidates will join a growing network with a comprehensive European reach. The role is available on a permanent full-time basis, with part-time contract options also available.

Candidate Requirements

  • EASA CPL with ATPL subjects
  • Valid A320 type rating (preferable)
  • EASA Class One medical
  • ICAO Level 5 English Language Proficiency
  • Clean safety record (no incidents or accidents)
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK

Recruitment Process

The SAS pilot recruitment process consists of the following stages:

  • CV Screening
  • Online Interview
  • Online Cognitive and Personality Assessments
  • Assessment Day (Simulator session and personal interview)
  • Final Checks (Background screening, personal security interview, right-to-work verification, and drug & alcohol testing)

Please note that each stage is potentially disqualifying. Candidates successful in initial screening may be invited for assessment in June 2026, with training courses scheduled throughout 2026. Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis.
