Starlite Aviation Group is seeking a skilled and professional BE20 First Officer to join our operations in Central Africa. This position is ideal for an aviator who thrives in a demanding environment, maintains a high level of operational precision, and values a team-oriented cockpit culture.

Operational Details

The successful candidate will contribute to mission readiness through diligent flight support and effective decision-making. The role operates on a rotation schedule of six weeks on duty followed by six weeks off, including one nine-week tax tour per annum.

Critical Requirements

• Total flying hours: 1,500 hours.
• Total Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours: 250 hours.
• BE20 total hours: 100 hours.
• BE20 PIC hours: 20 hours.
• Total PIC instrument flight hours: 75 hours.

Qualifications and Position Requirements

Candidates must possess the following mandatory qualifications:

• Valid SACAA ATPL or CPL with Instrument Rating (IF).
• Current, valid medical certificate.
• Valid certifications in AVSEC, Dangerous Goods, and CRM.
• BE20 Type Rating with evidence of a flight within the preceding 12 months.
• B190 rating is considered an advantage.
