Role Overview

As a member of our cabin crew, you will provide top-class safety and customer service experiences to our guests. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training program, covering essential safety and service protocols, concluding with Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possesses an outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Adaptable to a fixed shift roster, including early mornings (from 5 am) and late-night returns (until midnight).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
