Cabin Crew Recruitment - Katowice Base

The Ryanair Group is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our professional cabin crew team at the Katowice base. Position Overview

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training program designed to equip them with the fundamental skills required to deliver high-standard safety and customer service. The training includes periodic examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights. Please note that this is a demanding role requiring the ability to operate early morning and late evening shifts, with start times as early as 5:00 AM and end times extending to midnight.

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
