Cabin Crew Recruitment - Katowice Base

Position Overview
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course to develop essential safety and customer service skills. This program includes regular assessments, culminating in supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. The role requires commitment to a demanding shift pattern, including early starts from 5:00 am and late finishes until midnight.
Key Requirements

Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height requirement: Approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.

Proficiency in speaking and writing in English.

Ability to work a shift roster.
