Cabin Crew Recruitment – Ryanair Group

The Ryanair Group, Europe’s largest airline group, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our cabin crew family. With a commitment to safety and excellence, we operate over 3,600 daily flights across our extensive network. We are currently recruiting for the Dublin base and invite candidates to attend an in-person recruitment day on 3 July 2026.

Position Overview

As a member of our cabin crew, you will be responsible for delivering top-class safety and customer service to our guests. This role offers fast-track career opportunities, ranging from base supervisor positions to regional management. Candidates must be prepared for a demanding role that involves operating early and late shifts, including early morning starts and late-night finishes.

Training and Development

Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive 6-week training course, which is provided free of charge. The program includes both study and regular examinations, culminating in supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Strong communication skills, with comfort speaking and writing in English with ease.
  • Outgoing, friendly, hardworking, and flexible personality.
  • Adaptable to a shift roster system.
  • A customer-oriented "can-do" attitude with a passion for travel and meeting new people.
