Cabin Crew Position – Dublin Base

Role Overview

Successful candidates will join our team for the Autumn/Winter season. This role requires a commitment to safety and the delivery of high-quality customer service. The position involves operating early and late shifts, with duty times ranging from 5:00 am starts to midnight finishes. Applicants must be prepared for a demanding, fast-paced work environment.

Training and Development

New recruits will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course, which covers essential safety and service skills. The program includes regular examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights. Upon successful completion, crew members are awarded their Cabin Crew Wings. Ryanair Group offers extensive career paths, including advancement to Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or higher management positions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptability to a shift roster system.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
