The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team of over 16,000 cabin crew members. As Europe’s largest airline group, operating more than 3,600 daily flights, the organization is looking for the next generation of professionals to join its operational bases for the Autumn/Winter season.

Role Overview

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive six-week training course designed to equip them with the fundamental safety and customer service skills required for the role. This intensive program includes periodic examinations and concludes with supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. Throughout their tenure, crew members are expected to maintain safety as the primary priority while delivering exceptional service to guests.

Requirements

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Must be comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
  • Demonstrated ability to be hardworking, flexible, and adaptable to shift work.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Genuine passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Key Responsibilities and Working Conditions

Cabin crew members operate on a fixed roster pattern. The role is demanding, requiring attendance for both early and late shifts. Candidates must be prepared to report for duty as early as 5:00 am and remain on duty until midnight depending on the assigned shift.
