Cabin Crew Position - Ryanair Group

The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our cabin crew team across our network of over 90 operational bases. Role Overview

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training program to develop the essential skills required for flight operations, including safety protocols and service excellence. The training includes periodic examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. This is a demanding role requiring the ability to work flexible shift patterns, including early starts from 5:00 am and late finishes up to midnight.

Key Requirements

  • Must hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
  • Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature with a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
