Cabin Crew Recruitment - Ryanair Group

The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our cabin crew team across more than 90 operational bases. As Europe’s largest airline group, we offer a fast-paced environment with significant career progression opportunities, ranging from base supervisor roles to senior management positions.

Role Overview

Successful candidates will undergo an intensive 6-week training program to develop essential safety and customer service skills. The training includes periodic examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. The role demands high standards of safety and service, requiring flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including early starts from 5:00 am and late finishes up to midnight.

Key Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Adaptability to a shift-based work schedule.
  • A passion for travel and meeting new people.
