Position Overview
Successful candidates will join one of the company's 90+ operational bases. This role is focused on delivering a premier safety and customer service experience. The position requires a high level of dedication, as safety remains the organization's primary objective. The role involves shift work, including early morning starts and late-night finishes.
Training and Development
New recruits will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering all fundamental operational skills. The curriculum includes regular examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. Potential career progression includes roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or Director of Inflight.

Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
- Height must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
