Cabin Crew Recruitment – Ryanair Group

The Ryanair Group, Europe’s largest airline group, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team of over 16,000 cabin crew members. Operating over 3,600 daily flights to more than 250 destinations, the group is looking for the next generation of professionals to provide industry-leading safety and customer service across its 90+ operational bases.

Position Overview

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training program designed to equip them with the fundamental skills required for the role. This training includes regular examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights leading to official cabin crew certification. The position is dynamic and demanding, requiring flexibility to manage early and late shifts. The operational day can commence as early as 5:00 am or conclude as late as midnight.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Adaptability to shift-based work environments.
  • A genuine passion for travel and engaging with new people.
