Position: Cabin Crew

Role Overview

As a member of the Ryanair Cabin Crew, safety is the primary priority. Candidates must be prepared to operate a flexible shift roster, including early morning starts (from 5:00 AM) and late-night finishes (until midnight). This position requires individuals who are customer-oriented, possess high levels of energy, and thrive in a demanding operational setting. While no prior experience is required, successful candidates will receive world-leading, free professional training to develop the fundamental skills necessary to deliver a safe and high-quality inflight experience.

Key Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
  • Height must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
  • High levels of enthusiasm and an outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Hardworking nature with the flexibility to adapt to a shift-based roster.
