Cabin Crew Recruitment – Ryanair Group

The Ryanair Group is seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join its extensive cabin crew network. As Europe’s largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights, the company invites enthusiastic professionals to join the team for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season across more than 90 operational bases.

The Role

Cabin crew members are responsible for delivering exceptional safety and customer service standards. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course, which includes fundamental skill development, regular examinations, and supernumerary flights. Upon successful completion, crew members are awarded their Cabin Crew Wings. This role requires adaptability, as staff operate on a fixed 5/3 roster pattern involving early morning and late-night shifts.

Requirements

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • A "can-do" attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable working a shift-based roster.
  • A passion for travel and meeting new people.
