Cabin Crew Positions - Ryanair Group

Role Overview

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training program to acquire the fundamental skills required for daily operations. This includes rigorous safety and service training, culminating in supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. Following training, crew members will work a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster, operating shifts that may begin as early as 5:00 am or conclude at midnight.

Key Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptability to a shift-based work schedule.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • A passion for travel and interpersonal engagement.
