Cabin Crew – Vilnius
Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew based in Vilnius. As part of Europe's largest airline group, successful candidates will contribute to our commitment to safety and industry-leading customer service across a network of over 90 operational bases.
Role Overview
The Cabin Crew position is a rewarding and demanding role where safety is the primary priority. Crew members operate on a rotating shift pattern, including early starts and late finishes. This position requires a customer-oriented approach, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
Key Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height between 5' 2" (157 cm) and 6' 2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist others.

Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
