Role Overview

As a member of the Ryanair Cabin Crew, safety is the primary priority. Candidates must be prepared for a demanding, fast-paced environment that includes shift work, with duty times ranging from early morning starts (5:00 AM) to late evening arrivals. Successful applicants will receive world-leading, free training to equip them with the skills necessary to ensure a safe and premium inflight experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess a high level of enthusiasm and a "can-do" attitude.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
• Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
• Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Note: All applicants must complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test to be considered for the interview stage.
