Role Overview

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering fundamental safety and customer service skills. The program includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. Following training, crew members will operate on a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster, performing both early and late shifts. Safety is the primary focus of the role, requiring dedication and the ability to manage a demanding schedule.

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to adapt to a shift roster, including early starts and late finishes.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Passion for travel and interpersonal engagement.
