Cabin Crew - Europe's Largest Airline Group
Opportunity to join a dynamic and growing airline group as Cabin Crew. Multiple training courses available in Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, and Alicante throughout the year.
As a member of the Cabin Crew team, you will contribute to delivering best-in-class customer service to a large volume of guests daily across a significant network of operational bases.
This role offers a unique career path with opportunities for advancement within the airline group, including roles such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and Director of Inflight.
The position requires a commitment to safety as the highest priority, involving early and late shifts, with early starts from 5 am and late finishes until midnight. Candidates should be customer-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess enthusiasm.
Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive, free, world-leading training designed to equip them with essential cabin crew skills. No prior experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Minimum height of approximately 5' 2" (157 cm) and maximum height of 6' 2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person.
- Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
- Enjoy dealing with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English.
- Successful completion of a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgement test is required for progression.
