Cabin Crew Member - Ryanair Group

Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its extensive cabin crew team. This role offers fast-track career opportunities within Europe's largest airline group, which operates over 3,600 daily flights and serves more than 600,000 guests.

Successful candidates will be part of a 6-week comprehensive training program designed to impart essential skills for delivering top-class safety and customer service. The training includes regular assessments and culminates in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

The position involves a demanding yet rewarding role with a primary focus on safety. Cabin Crew Members will operate early and late shifts, adhering to a fixed 5 days on, 3 days off roster pattern.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Minimum height of 5'2" (157 cm) and a maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Possess a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early starts and late finishes.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and exhibit a 'can-do' attitude towards customer service.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English fluently.
  • Demonstrate a passion for travelling and meeting new people.
