Cabin Crew Member - Prague Base

About the Role

The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its expanding cabin crew family. This role offers fast-track career opportunities within Europe's largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights. Successful candidates will be based in Prague and will contribute to delivering exceptional safety and customer service experiences to over 600,000 guests daily across more than 90 operational bases.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-class safety and customer service to guests.
  • Operate early and late shifts as required by the roster.
  • Contribute to a positive and safe environment onboard Ryanair Group aircraft.

Training and Development

A comprehensive 6-week training course is provided, covering all fundamental skills required for the cabin crew role. This intensive training includes regular exams and culminates in Supernumerary flights followed by the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. Continuous career development opportunities are available, including progression to supervisory and management roles.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
  • Ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early starts (as early as 5 am) and late finishes (until midnight).
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
