Cabin Crew Member - Dublin Base

Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its Cabin Crew family as Cabin Crew Members. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are seeking fast-track career progression within Europe’s largest airline group.

Successful candidates will be based in Dublin and will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training program covering essential safety and customer service skills. This training includes theoretical study, exams, and practical supernumerary flights, culminating in the achievement of Cabin Crew Wings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-class safety and customer service to guests.
  • Operate early and late shifts as per roster requirements, including reporting for duty as early as 5 am or returning as late as midnight.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
