Cabin Crew Member - Dublin Base

This recruitment drive is for Cabin Crew positions based in Dublin. Successful candidates will join Europe’s largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights and serving over 600,000 guests. The role involves working across more than 90 operational bases, with opportunities to join in the Autumn/Winter months.

Training and Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program covers fundamental skills essential for delivering top-class safety and customer service experiences. The training includes regular exams and culminates in Supernumerary flights, after which candidates will earn their Cabin Crew Wings.

Upon joining the Ryanair Group cabin crew, individuals will be immersed in a culture that fosters extensive career opportunities. Potential career paths include progressing to roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Minimum height of 5'2" (157 cm) and maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
