Job Summary

This role involves providing top-class safety and customer service to guests onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. Successful candidates will undergo a 6-week training program covering all fundamental skills required for the role, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the achievement of Cabin Crew Wings. The position demands flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate early and late shifts as per the roster pattern.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures.
  • Represent the Ryanair Group brand with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Minimum height of 5'2" (157 cm) and maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
