Training & Career Development

New recruits will commence their journey with a comprehensive, fully funded six-week, internationally recognised Cabin Crew Training Course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills essential for delivering top-tier safety and customer service. The curriculum includes regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings. The Ryanair Group is committed to fostering talent, offering extensive career progression pathways from Cabin Crew Number 1 to Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Inflight Director.

Candidate Requirements

• Legal Right to Work: Possession of unrestricted rights to live and work within the EU, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
• Height: Approximately 157 cm (5'2") to 188 cm (6'2").
• Swimming Ability: Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Personal Attributes: Demonstrable qualities of diligence, flexibility, and an outgoing, friendly disposition.
• Adaptability: Adaptability and readiness to work a variable shift roster.
• Customer Service Excellence: A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
