Training & Career Progression

No prior experience in aviation is required, as comprehensive and world-leading training courses are meticulously designed to equip new recruits with all fundamental skills essential for delivering a safe and top-tier inflight experience. This training is provided completely free of charge. Upon successful completion, individuals will be awarded their 'Cabin Crew Wings' and prepared for their exciting career in the skies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering best-in-class customer service and ensuring an excellent inflight experience for all guests.
  • Adhering to strict safety procedures and protocols, making safety the number one priority.
  • Operating both early morning and late evening shifts, requiring adaptability to various shift patterns (e.g., reporting for duty as early as 5 AM on early rosters and returning home past midnight on afternoon rosters).
  • Working effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Engaging with passengers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.

Candidate Requirements

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Candidates must be approximately between 5' 2 (157 cm) and 6' 2 (188 cm) in height.
  • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided, and while supporting another person, is essential.
  • A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly advantageous.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a varied shift roster.
  • A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and the proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the capacity to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
  • A passion for travel and meeting diverse individuals.

Important Application Information:

As part of the application process, candidates are required to successfully complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Non-completion of these assessments will lead to disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.
