Role and Training:

The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member begins with an intensive 6-week training program. This course imparts all essential skills required for the daily duties of ensuring passenger safety and delivering exemplary customer service. Trainees will engage in regular study and examinations throughout the course, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Upon joining the Ryanair Group cabin crew, individuals will be integrated into the company's vibrant culture from inception. Essential Requirements:

  • Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union, and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Minimum height requirement of approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and a maximum of 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim a distance of 25 meters unaided.
  • A proactive, flexible, and amiable personality is advantageous.
  • Adaptability to work varied shift patterns.
  • A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a capacity for providing excellent customer service with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
