The Role of Cabin Crew

As a vital member of the Ryanair Group's cabin crew, the successful applicant will be instrumental in delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests onboard. This rewarding and demanding role embraces a culture where safety is the number one priority, requiring the operation of both early and late shifts. Candidates should be prepared for duties commencing as early as 5:00 AM on early rosters and concluding as late as midnight on late rosters. Comprehensive Training Program

The journey to becoming a fully qualified cabin crew member commences with a comprehensive six-week training course. This program is meticulously designed to equip individuals with all the fundamental skills necessary for their day-to-day responsibilities, focusing on passenger safety and exceptional customer service. The course incorporates regular examinations and culminates in supervised Supernumerary flights, leading to the coveted Cabin Crew Wings. Ryanair Group provides this internationally recognised training course free of charge, including a daily per diem for trainees throughout the training period.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this exciting Cabin Crew opportunity, prospective candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Hold an unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely within the European Union and throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.
  • Possess the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Exhibit adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public, possessing the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Be comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
