The organization is currently recruiting for Cabin Crew positions at numerous bases across its network, with opportunities available for the Autumn/Winter season. This role offers a pathway to becoming a qualified cabin crew member through a comprehensive 6-week training program. This intensive course covers all essential skills for delivering top-tier safety and customer service, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Successful candidates will benefit from significant career progression prospects, including roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and potentially Director of Inflight. The role is dynamic and rewarding, with safety as the paramount priority. Cabin Crew members are expected to work a demanding shift pattern, encompassing early mornings and late evenings, with duty start times as early as 5 am and return times as late as midnight, depending on the roster.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following essential requirements:

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Be between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
  • Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to work a shift roster.
  • Possess a genuine enjoyment in interacting with the public and a commitment to providing excellent customer service with a proactive attitude.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
  • Harbor a passion for travel and meeting new people.
