About the Role

As a Ryanair Cabin Crew member, individuals play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while providing a top-tier inflight experience. Successful candidates will operate both early and late shifts, with reporting times potentially as early as 5:00 AM for morning rosters and return times extending until midnight for afternoon shifts. Candidate Requirements

Applicants for this Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:

• Hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, and/or possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
• Be approximately between 5' 2" (157 cm) and 6' 2" (188 cm) in height.
• Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided, including supporting another person.
• Possess a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Be adaptable and comfortable working a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills and a proactive 'can-do' attitude when interacting with the public.
• Be comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
• Hold a genuine passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test as part of the application process. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.
