Cabin Crew Opportunities Across Europe

Currently, the Ryanair Group is recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its numerous operational bases. Prospective candidates will have the opportunity to attend in-person recruitment days, with invitations extended following application review. As Europe's leading airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights and transporting more than 600,000 guests, the group is actively seeking the next generation of cabin crew to join its ranks for the Autumn/Winter season. Positions are available at over 90 operational bases.

Comprehensive Training and Industry-Leading Benefits

Successful applicants will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course designed to equip them with the fundamental skills for their day-to-day role. This training focuses on delivering top-class safety and customer service experiences. The course includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, after which successful candidates will earn their Cabin Crew Wings. Training is paid, and participants will receive a €2000 New Joiners Bonus, a daily per diem of €28 during training, and a free internationally recognised Cabin Crew Training Course.
