About the Role

Successful applicants will be recruited for Cabin Crew positions across our extensive network of over 90 operational bases. This role is integral to providing a safe, efficient, and welcoming experience for our 600,000+ daily guests. The position demands flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to safety as the utmost priority. Cabin Crew members are expected to operate early and late shifts, with duties potentially commencing as early as 5 am or concluding as late as midnight, depending on the roster.

Training and Development

A comprehensive 6-week training program is provided to equip new Cabin Crew members with essential skills for their day-to-day responsibilities. This immersive course covers fundamental safety procedures and customer service excellence. Training includes regular assessments and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. This foundational training ensures all crew are proficient in delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Full, unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Minimum height of 5'2" (157 cm) and maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable with an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and possess a strong 'can-do' attitude focused on providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
