Role Overview
As a Cabin Crew member, individuals will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and comfort of over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights. The role involves providing a top-class safety and customer service experience, contributing to the operational success of over 90 bases across Europe. This position is ideal for individuals with a positive attitude, team spirit, and a love for travel.

Training and Development
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training program, designed to equip them with all the fundamental skills required for the role. This paid training includes regular assessments and culminates in Supernumerary flights and the achievement of Cabin Crew Wings. Opportunities for career progression are extensive, with pathways to roles such as Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and Director of Inflight.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely within the Ryanair Network.
- Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Adaptable and comfortable with shift work, including early mornings and late evenings.
- Enjoys interacting with the public and demonstrates excellent customer service skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
