Cabin Crew Member - Lauda Europe

Responsibilities

Deliver a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests.

Operate early and late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 5 am and returning as late as midnight.

Participate in a 6-week training course covering fundamental cabin crew skills, safety, and customer service.

Undertake examinations at regular intervals during training.

Complete Supernumerary flights and earn Cabin Crew Wings upon successful completion of training.

Embrace the Ryanair Group culture and aspire to advanced roles within the organization, such as Base Supervisor or Regional Manager.
Requirements

Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person.

Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.

Enjoy dealing with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English; ability to pass an English Language Assessment is required.

Passion for travelling and meeting new people.

No prior experience is required; enthusiasm and team spirit are essential.
