Cabin Crew Member - Lauda Europe

Ryanair Group, Europe’s largest airline group, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join their cabin crew team at Lauda Europe bases. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking fast-track career progression within the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests.
  • Operate early and late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 5 am and returning as late as midnight.
  • Participate in a 6-week training course covering fundamental cabin crew skills, safety, and customer service.
  • Undertake examinations at regular intervals during training.
  • Complete Supernumerary flights and earn Cabin Crew Wings upon successful completion of training.
  • Embrace the Ryanair Group culture and aspire to advanced roles within the organization, such as Base Supervisor or Regional Manager.

Requirements

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person.
  • Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English; ability to pass an English Language Assessment is required.
  • Passion for travelling and meeting new people.
  • No prior experience is required; enthusiasm and team spirit are essential.
