The Role: Cabin Crew Professional

Key Responsibilities and Training

Cabin Crew members are primarily responsible for the safety and welfare of all passengers while consistently delivering excellent service. The journey begins with a rigorous 6-week, internationally recognized training course designed to equip personnel with all necessary fundamental skills.

Training and Development

The comprehensive training program involves dedicated study and regular examinations. Upon successful completion of the course, which culminates in mandatory Supernumerary flights, the candidate will be awarded their official Cabin Crew Wings.

Operational Requirements

Candidates must understand that life as Cabin Crew is demanding, requiring significant adaptability. The position mandates working a variable shift roster, including both early morning duties (reporting as early as 05:00 AM) and late evening finishes (extending past midnight). Flexibility and resilience are crucial for success in this demanding aviation environment.

Essential Candidate Requirements

Interested applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Physical height must be approximately between 157 cm (5 ft 2 in) and 188 cm (6 ft 2 in).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Must be completely comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
  • Possesses an outgoing, friendly personality, exceptional flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
  • Adaptable and ready to embrace a shift roster pattern.
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for travel, meeting new people, and providing excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Recruitment Process and Benefits
