The Role and Responsibilities

The position of Cabin Crew is integral to the Group’s mission, ensuring the highest standards of safety and service are maintained on board Ryanair Group aircraft. While demanding, the role is highly rewarding and central to the passenger experience.

• Ensuring passenger safety is maintained as the number one priority during all phases of flight.
• Delivering exceptional and prompt customer service with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Operating demanding shift rosters, which include reporting for duty as early as 05:00 on early shifts and concluding duties as late as midnight on afternoon rosters.
• Adhering strictly to all regulatory and operational requirements.

Comprehensive Training and Career Progression

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a robust six-week training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, culminating in regular examinations, Supernumerary flights, and the awarding of official Cabin Crew Wings. The course provides an internationally recognized qualification.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective applicants must meet the following mandatory and desirable criteria:

Essential Requirements

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the entire Ryanair network.
• Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
• The candidate must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Demonstrated fluency in speaking and writing English is required.
• Must be adaptable and comfortable working a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
