The Role and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Cabin Crew member is to ensure the highest standards of safety and security for all guests, compliant with stringent regulatory requirements, while simultaneously delivering an exceptional in-flight customer service experience. Life as Cabin Crew is dynamic and rewarding; however, it is a demanding position where safety is paramount.
This position requires adaptability to a structured shift roster that necessitates working both early and late duties. Crew members may be required to report for duty as early as 05:00 on early shifts and may not return until midnight on late shifts. Flexibility and a willingness to adhere strictly to scheduling demands are essential.
Training and Career Progression
Successful applicants commence their journey with a comprehensive, six-week, internally and internationally recognised Cabin Crew Training Course. This structured programme equips participants with all fundamental skills required for daily operations, focusing on safety protocols and service excellence. Training culminates in successful completion of regular exams, Supernumerary flights, and the prestigious awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Candidate Requirements
Candidates must satisfy the following essential criteria to be considered for a Cabin Crew position:
- Possess the unrestricted legal right to live, work, and travel freely throughout the European Union and the Ryanair network.
- Height requirement: Approximately 157 cm (5’2”) to 188 cm (6’2”).
- Demonstrated ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken with ease, is mandatory.
- Must be adaptable and willing to work a demanding shift roster.
- Must enjoy dealing with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
- A strong passion for travelling and meeting diverse populations.
