The Role and Responsibilities
The core function of a Cabin Crew professional within the Ryanair Group is to ensure a top-class safety and customer service experience for all guests. The successful candidate will be immersed in a culture where safety is the paramount priority.
- Deliver unparalleled customer service, demonstrating a ‘can-do’ attitude during all phases of flight.
- Execute essential safety procedures and emergency protocols meticulously.
- Maintain operational flexibility, operating both early and late shifts. Candidates must be prepared to report for duty as early as 5:00 am or return home as late as midnight, depending on the assigned roster.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and presentation while traveling across the extensive Ryanair network.
Training and Career Pathway
The journey to qualification begins with a rigorous six-week, internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the daily role, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this exciting career opportunity, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
- Height must be within the approximate range of 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Be proficient and comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
