This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals regardless of prior experience, as the Ryanair Group provides world-leading, internationally recognized Cabin Crew training completely free of charge. Training courses are expertly designed to furnish candidates with all fundamental skills required to deliver a safe and top-class inflight experience. Upon successful completion of the course, crew members are awarded their 'Cabin Crew Wings' and certified for flight operations.

Key Responsibilities and Operational Demands
The primary responsibility of the Cabin Crew member is to ensure the safety and security of all guests and fellow crew members, upholding the highest regulatory standards (Safety is the number one priority). This role requires a consistently high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a resilient, customer-oriented approach.
- Ensuring the strict adherence to all aviation safety procedures and emergency protocols during all phases of flight.
- Providing superior customer service, addressing guest needs, and maintaining a positive image of the airline.
- Proactively managing and promoting inflight sales opportunities, contributing to uncapped sales bonuses.
- Working collaboratively within a diverse team to ensure efficient operation of the cabin environment.
- Maintaining punctuality and readiness for duty, operating demanding shift patterns.
Candidates must be prepared to manage a challenging operational schedule that necessitates flexibility. The shift roster includes both early and late duties; reporting for early duty may commence as early as 05:00, while late duties may conclude close to midnight. Mandatory Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must fulfill the following essential criteria:
- The unrestricted legal right to live and work within the European Union (EU).
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- An outgoing, flexible, and friendly personality, coupled with adaptability to manage demanding shift rosters, including early starts and late finishes.
- Physical height must be between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- The physical capability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
